My Story
Hello! I'm Kelsey
My journey into nutrition, herbalism, and wellness was born from a deep connection to nature and a desire to honor the teachings of my grandmother, who nurtured my love of gardening from a young age. I first stepped onto the wellness path while facing hormonal health challenges, determined to empower myself through intuition and nutritional knowledge. Along the way, I discovered a passion for herbs, food, and the healing power they hold. I believe that true health begins with strong roots — the foundational practices and connections that allow us to blossom fully. By nurturing our bond with nature, ourselves, and the world around us, we can cultivate vitality and become our healthiest, happiest, and most radiant selves.

Everyone has different requirements and preferences when it comes to health. It is not a one size fits all. Additionally, health has many elements that are not just physical. In order to ensure everyone’s bio-individual needs, let’s get to know one another so that we can form health goals and a plan of action that adequately works for you! After setting up a first initial health consultation. We can discuss a health plan that works best for you. Options for the health coach program include: 6 weeks | 12 weeks | 24 weeks

GROUP EVENTS
Herbal Workshops, Tea Parties, and Nature Walks
As humans, we are social creatures. An important aspect to health is the connection that we have with others. We may all have different dietary needs, but nature brings us back to balance. In my health journey, I practice with a variety of nutritious and medicinal herbs. These herbs make me feel connected to nature and more in tune with my body. These events are hosted by me. We discuss the foundation of holistic health, beginner friendly herbs, creating herbal formulas, and taste testing herbal concoctions while staying connected with mother nature.

Building a healthy relationship with food can factor the energy levels that we experience daily. Finding balance on our plate is essential for healthy and functioning affinities. Our bodies crave essential minerals and macronutrients in order to work properly. I am here to offer meal ideas and introduce herbal remedies as a helpful tool for you to thrive on your wellness journey.
